This session explores the vital role of integrated care partnerships in creating a digital workforce and realising the benefits of technology in education and training. Technology underpins many deliverables in the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and digital maturity will be key to realising the ambitions both in terms of growing workforce numbers, supporting the training pipeline and embedding digital skills, which can support transformation in clinical practice and patient care.

The session will focus on digital skills and tools including case studies of best practice in developing digital maturity.
