This session will discuss how ambulance services, in partnership with their integrated care systems, can improve population outcomes, positively impact on the social determinants of health, reduce demands placed on the sector, and support equitable healthcare access.

Panellists will discuss the data, insight, evidence and evaluation that ambulance trusts can provide systems so they can better understand population health across their local communities, where to target intervention to address health inequalities, and identify specific groups that are particularly vulnerable.
