Victoria Dickens MBE
Victoria Dickens is the Chief Allied Health Professional at the Northern Care Alliance and a Consultant Physiotherapist at Salford Care Organisation. In 2019 she was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in recognition of her services to physiotherapy.
Victoria graduated from Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy in 1993, earned her MSc in 2002 and MBA in 2021. She specialised in musculoskeletal conditions in 1995 and worked at various NHS organisations before moving to Salford in 2002.
In 2013, when she was appointed as clinical director for orthopaedics at Salford, she was the first physiotherapist to hold such a position. Currently Victoria chairs various GM AHP forums and is a champion for systems leadership.
