Victoria Binks
Assistant Director - Improvement,
NHS Confederation
Victoria is the Assistant Director for Improvement at the NHS Confederation. She brings her experience of facilitation and engagement, having previously worked in roles within commissioning bodies and front-line organisations, deepening relationships and improving the way communities are involved in co-designing services for better outcomes.
Heading up the improvement function, she has been leading on work designed to support systems to learn and improve at scale - with a particular focus on peer learning. As part of her work she is focused on offering people the quality time and space to come together to learn from one another and tackle tricky issues.
