Victoria is the Assistant Director leading on improvement for the NHS Confederation. She brings her experience of facilitation and engagement, having previously worked in senior roles within frontline health organisations deepening relationships and improving the way communities are involved in co-designing services for better outcomes.

Victoria has worked for the NHS Confederation since 2021 initially coming into the organisation as Assistant Director for the North East and Yorkshire region, supporting and connecting members across the patch and leading the Confed’s provider collaboration work, supporting collaboration in all forms whether at place, system or cross-system level.
