Tracy has more than 27 years’ experience in NHS ambulance services. She left her role as an Executive Director and paramedic on an NHS Trust Board to take on a new career opportunity with the College of Paramedics. Having been closely involved with the College for many years, taking on roles such as the lead for sepsis care, supporting national guidance in many clinical subjects and occupying the role of Vice Chair and Fellow of the College, Tracy became its Chief Executive in January of 2020.
Tracy is passionate about the development of the paramedic profession and the vital role paramedics play in supporting optimal patient care.
