As General Manager for Customer Success at Microsoft, Thea leads the World Wide Healthcare Commercial Services business. Her remit spans service delivery and partner success.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Thea spent over 20 years at Cerner Corporation (now part of Oracle), where she held multiple senior leadership roles. She was responsible for delivering complex transformation, implementation, and migration programs across diverse healthcare systems worldwide.
