Tammy is the Medical Device Governance and Training Manager for the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
She has worked in a variety of nursing, teaching and management roles within the NHS for over 25 years.
More recently assisting managers across Estates, Facilities and Capital Development with creating career development pathways and training packages to aid recruitment, retention and quality patient/customer services.
