Stephanie Elsy has worked in the delivery of public services for over 30 years. She was a Chief Executive in the VCSE sector, managing community health and care services before becoming an elected member and Leader of the London Borough of Southwark. She was on the Board of Southwark Primary Care Trust, one of the first to integrate NHS and LA budgets and leadership. She then worked in the private sector for several years until starting a portfolio career of Non-Executive and consultancy roles. As well as being Chair of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire ICB, she is a Non-Executive Director at Solent NHS Trust.
