Stephanie Crow
Stephanie Crow is the national Deputy Director for Staff Experience at NHS England where her role is focused on leading and enabling organisations to deliver improvements in staff experience through culture transformation, freedom to speak up, flexible working and health and wellbeing and Violence Prevention and Reduction to enable NHS staff to experience workplaces where the People Promise is a reality embedded in compassionate and inclusive cultures delivering quality care.
In her 10-year career within the NHS, Stephanie has worked at trust, system and national levels, leading on culture, staff experience, retention, organisational and leadership development strategic agendas, as well as education and training for different staff groups.
Prior to joining the NHS, Stephanie gained over 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in culture, organisational and leadership development, talent management, staff experience and education roles across different sectors including international and domestic banking (HSBC and First Direct), the police service and the insurance and investments sector (Aviva).
Stephanie’s work experience has been supported by regular continuous professional development including MSc Organizational and Managerial Psychology, postgraduate qualifications in executive coaching, mentoring, organisational development and change management.
