Shashii holds significant experience from his twenty plus year career across the public and private sector, leading complex technology and business transformation programmes that make peoples’ lives better, more productive and more meaningful.
Coming from Mumbai, India, Shashii is an advocate of Inclusion and Diversity - both inside and outside Accenture, with specific focus on empowering people to break the norm and attain leadership positions irrespective of race, gender and diversity. Shashii is also a Mental Health and LGBTQ ally.
