Sara Hurley served as Chief Dental Officer for England from 2015 to 2023, where she led national policy and system reform to embed oral health within broader NHS priorities. With a background as a senior military dental officer, she brings extensive experience in clinical leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare transformation. Today, she advises a range of organisations on innovating and delivering sustainable, prevention-focused dental care.
