Roz is Managing Director for Janssen UK & Ireland and has worked within the UK healthcare environment, including as Medical Director and Business Unit Director, since she moved to the UK in 2011. Her priority is a focus on patients and ensuring they can access the best care and experience according to their needs, irrespective of geography or background.

Roz has had a diverse career at Janssen, having worked in both advanced and emerging markets at a local and more recently EMEA regional strategy level, playing a key role in navigating the complexity of Janssen’s Covid Vaccine pandemic deployment. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, leading and sponsoring diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives across the company. She is a Healthcare Business Women’s Advisory Board member for Europe.

Roz joined Janssen in South Africa in 2005. Prior to joining Janssen, Roz worked as a clinician in rural South Africa.
