Richard Holder is a seasoned healthcare professional and the Head of Global Health Partnerships for Nottingham University Hospitals. With 21 years of experience in mental health, specialist and primary care psychotherapy, operational and clinical leadership, and culture leadership, Richard is committed to developing sustainable and ethical reciprocal partnerships in the global healthcare for low and middle-income countries. He is the chair of the BAME network for NUH, supporting efforts to create an inclusive and equitable culture in the organisation. Richard is also a passionate advocate for inclusion, equity, knowledge exchange, social responsibility, and innovation. He serves as a trustee on the board of MESMAC, a sexual health organisation that provides services to various populations across Yorkshire, and has specialism in working with marginalised communities.
