Rebecca is the Senior Head of Service Delivery for the Health & Social Care contract at The Prince’s Trust, with responsibility for all Partner activity across England. This includes the work across all NHS Trusts and Systems as part of the co-location partnerships, as well as the commissioned work with training providers and football clubs across England. Rebecca also oversees the work The Prince’s Trust does with the network of over 120 employer partners across both health and social care to support the young people on programmes have access to a variety of live roles that they can interview for.

As well as partnerships, Rebecca oversees the Prince’s Trust mentoring offer, to ensure all our young people have the support and guidance to reach their full potential and providing reassurance to employers that our young people are set up for success.

Prior to working at the Prince’s Trust, Rebecca worked in recruitment, at large organisations such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor as well as recruitment marketing and advertising agencies where she worked with some large social care providers on their attraction and retention strategies, with a focus on early careers activity. Rebecca volunteered with the Trust on the Health & Social Care programmes before starting in the role and continues to be a mentor so understands the work from both an employer and volunteer perspective.
