Nina is a Policy Researcher specialising in research into the adult social care workforce, health workforce, and remote models in primary care. She is currently on secondment to the NHS England London Anchor Programme, supporting health and care organisations across the city to maximise their role as good employers. In addition, Nina is a trustee for Health Services Research UK.

Prior to joining the Trust Nina worked as a Policy Officer leading on NHS finances at NHS Providers, and as Coordinator for the Obesity Health Alliance (a coalition group comprising over 30 royal medical colleges and national charities).

Nina holds an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
