Mike's career spans local government and the NHS. He has operated at senior director level in the North West Region for the last 20 years. He has held senior Board positions in several provider and commissioning organisations. For the last six years he has worked in the Greater Manchester system as an Executive Director in a local authority whilst simultaneously holding an accountable officer position in a CCG in the same locality. He is now the Chief Officer and Place Lead for Oldham and its integrated care partnership.
