I have worked as a Human Resource Professional within the public sector for 33 years. Most of my work has been within the NHS, but I have also worked in Education and the Civil Service. I am a Fellow of the CIPD and have a Masters in Senior Healthcare Leadership with the University of Birmingham/NHS Leadership Academy.
