Professor Meghana Pandit is the CEO of Oxford university Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH) since July 2022. Meghana was Chief Medical Officer for 10 years, at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (2012- 2019) and then OUH (2019-2022). Meghana has a strong focus on quality improvement, patient safety, staff welfare and operational productivity. She has contributed to clinical strategy development and led change programmes improving organisational performance and culture. Meghana has an MBA from Oxford Brookes University (2014) and completed the Innovating Health for Tomorrow Programme at INSEAD, Fontainebleau (2015). She is an Honorary Professor at the University of Warwick and Associate Fellow at Green Templeton College, Oxford.
