Marianne is the Chair of Dorset Women CIC - a small voluntary sector organisation that works with partners to tackle gender discrimination using the Dorset Women's Charter. Marianne has enjoyed a leadership career in health, social care and the voluntary sector and is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Gender and Politics at University College London.
