For the last 18 months, I have been working as the Princes Trust Recruitment Project Manager, working across Mid Cheshire Hospitals, East Cheshire Hospitals and Countess of Chester, with the aim of supporting young people into employment and meaningful future careers within the NHS. I am passionate about breaking down barriers to young people and widening access to the NHS as an employer. Before taking up this role I worked in the Recruitment team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals for 5 years. This has given me a unique insight into the NHS recruitment processes, which is perfect for my role in supporting candidates.
