Lisa is the Director of Performance for Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance. Lisa’s career commenced in the private sector, where she gained her passion for service improvement. In 2009, Lisa joined the NHS in her first leadership role, and undertook a range of senior positions in the acute hospital setting, where she was able to apply her change management expertise. Lisa specialised in operational performance and the delivery of elective care standards, with her heart wedded to making improvements in cancer services. In 2019 Lisa secured her dream role in the Cancer Alliance, making a difference to the population of Greater Manchester and beyond through systemwide, strategic, innovative re-design of cancer pathway delivery.
