Kay Buhari
Kay is an accomplished leader in Leadership Development, Programme Management, and Business Strategy, with a wealth of experience spanning both public and private sectors, including senior roles within the NHS, Ministry of Justice, and Home Office. As a qualified Barrister, she brings a strong legal foundation to her strategic roles, enhancing her expertise in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
In her current role, Kay, leads strategic initiatives, manages resources, and oversees the delivery of leadership and talent programmes across the London region. Previously, at the London Leadership Academy, she spearheaded business performance management and directed leadership development programmes, including high-profile stakeholder events.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Kay is the founder of Landi's Kitchen, a cookery school in London, where she combines her passion for culinary arts with community engagement and education.
Kay holds a Bachelor of Laws, along with a diverse academic background in IT, Multimedia, and Computing. She is also certified in PRINCE2, Agile, and is a trained Healthcare Leadership Model feedback facilitator and a Mary Seacole Facilitator.
