Kathryn Hall
Kathryn is a highly experienced programme director and improvement leader. In her role with One Gloucestershire ICS, she brings together a network of improvement leaders committed to building capability within our organisations and effective collaboration across our system.
She began her career as an industrial process engineer, and progressed to work in business development, strategic partnerships, and research on customer co-design in service innovation. In 2008, inspired by her involvement in a maternity service redesign, Kathryn transitioned to healthcare, and she remains a strong advocate for co-production. With the NHS she has led transformation programmes including in cancer care, locality development and patient experience. She has consistently championed applying improvement approaches to deliver better health outcomes, more equitable care, and sustainable services.
Kathryn’s passions are in enabling teams to deliver complex transformation and creating the conditions for improvement across our local health and care system
