As Deputy Director, South London Specialised Services, Kate is a member of the leadership team responsible for development and delivery of South London’s specialised delegation programme and national ‘Pathfinder’ programme. As Transformation Lead, Kate leads on specialised transformation for South London and oversees a range of initiatives targeting specialised integration opportunities and delivering improvements to patient experience, outcomes, healthcare equity, productivity, and efficiency.

With 15 years’ experience in operational and strategic roles in the NHS and Australian public health system, Kate has extensive experience in transformation and clinical redesign has developed a career focus on system working, building partnerships and multi-organisation collaboration.
