In 2018 I was employed to develop and embed Social Prescribing Link Workers into GP surgeries through a Public Health and Department of Health and Social Care pilot programme for four years.
Since 2022, I have been working with colleagues at the ICA , primary care networks and our charitable partners to develop the Community Health and Well-being Worker Service in Central Cornwall, and latterly, across the county, now operating with 59 CHWWs employed by 12 partner agencies.
I am passionate about supporting communities and the training and development of teams.
In my spare time I enjoy tennis, coastal walking, and Pickle Ball.
