I am the CEO for CommUNITY Barnet - an independent community infrastructure organisation. I am experienced leader in transformation and change management with a proven track record of success. Working at a senior level in statutory and voluntary organisations, I use policy, programme and commissioning interventions to reduce historical inequalities and achieve social justice through citizen empowerment, inclusive leadership and ambitious organisations.
