Joycelyn Boyce
Joycelyn Boyce is a seasoned healthcare professional with nearly three decades of experience within the NHS. Her expertise spans operational productivity, quality improvement, project management, patient engagement and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI). Through her unwavering commitment, Joycelyn has consistently driven initiatives that improve patient care and strengthen healthcare practices across the organisations she has served.
In February 2024, she established the SISTAS Network (Supporting Independent SISTAS To Achieve Success), a national network designed to inspire and empower women of colour working within the NHS. As the network’s founder and chair, Joycelyn fosters a supportive community that encourages members to recognise their unique strengths and pursue their professional aspirations.
An experienced coach and mentor, Joycelyn is deeply committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential. Her leadership has been instrumental in introducing progressive policies and innovations strategies that positively influence the NHS workforce and the communities it serves.
