Jess has worked in NHS and System Transformation for the past 7 years. Her knowledge and skill around Business Transformation, Operational Change, and Service Improvement have proved to be highly competent across a 14-year executive career.
Jess currently leads transformation programmes for Long-Term conditions, specifically secondary prevention. She has worked at a National and Regional level to design and implement System/organisation-wide redesign projects such as ARI Hubs and Proactive Care @ Home.
