Jess started her NHS career working as a Lung Cancer Navigator, providing holistic personalised care to patients within an Acute Trust, progressing into project management, and now successfully overseeing a portfolio of work as a Programme Lead for the Workforce & Education Programme at the Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance.

Jess is a qualified counsellor and has a passion for working within public services to make a difference for people.
