Jeanette is Integration Programme Head at Skills for Care. Skills for Care is the workforce development charity for the 1.5 million people who work in adult social care in England and the strategic delivery partner for the Department of Health and Social Care Jeanette has over 20 years’ experience of Social Care Workforce Development and has worked in the statutory, private and voluntary sector.
Jeanette has worked for Skills for Care for 16 years and has been involved in the development and delivery of a wide range of Skills for Care resources and projects. In her previous role of Locality Manager at Skills for Care Jeanette was responsible for engaging with employers and key stakeholders at a local level and has a wide breadth of understanding of the whole Skills for Care activity.
Jeanette is CIPD qualified and holds and MA in Workforce Development.
