Jamie is Head of Widening Participation at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) who are one of the biggest acute NHS providers in the country. Jamie's team lead on MFT's work to increase and diversify their workforce through targeted engagement with their local communities. Prior to joining MFT Jamie worked in Widening Participation roles in Greater Manchester universities for over 10 years, mostly recently establishing the GM Higher collaborative outreach network. in her spare time Jamie is a vice chair of governors at a local special education needs primary school and trustee of a local mental health charity.
