Jack is a Northern Staffordshire GP with roles encompassing local medical committee, PCN clinical director, local GP federation board member, and ICB primary care member. He is passionate about training and education having been involved with multiprofessional and multidisciplinary education since 2006. Broadly aligned with the Five Year Forward View, new models of care, and new ways of working, Jack has supported and led workforce training and development within his practice and locality, working in collaboration with NHS colleagues, educational organisation, and local authority
