I lead the Pathways Team at AstraZeneca. Having started as a nurse in the NHS, I joined the Pharmaceutical industry over 20 years ago. As a team we have developed a suite of services to support the NHS to optimise pathways in different disease areas. Underpinned by a proven change methodology, we work with health systems to identify barriers in the pathway and co-create solutions ensuring a more timely journey for patients to diagnostics, diagnosis and appropriate treatment optimisation.
