Having joined the NHS as a graduate trainee in 1990, Hazel has worked in NHS People and Strategic Workforce roles across the South East, in provider and commissioning organisations, prior to taking up post as the Accountable Officer of Thanet and South Kent Coast CCGs. Since 2018, Hazel has brought together her workforce and service commissioning experience to lead the reform of education funding. Over the last 12 months Hazel has convened the work on education supply and reform for the LTWP.
