Gavin Maguire is Head of Design at NEC Digital Studio (formerly Snook). With an extensive background in service design, he supports NEC Digital Studio’s research and design teams to identify and deliver ways to make services work better for people. NEC Digital Studio has partnered with the NHS to bring a user-centred design approach to dozens of projects on topics ranging from eye care, to urgent and emergency care, to the electronic referral service.
