Fiona joined Novartis in 2012 and has spent the last ten years in Market/Value Access. The UK environment provides the challenges and opportunities that allow Fiona to work creatively and innovatively to find new ways to enable patients to have uninhibited (on label) access to our medicines, currently developing New Commercial Models and access solutions across the portfolio. In fact, it’s something personal to the whole MAx team who are all passionately innovating to optimise access for patients in the UK.
Prior to joining Novartis, Fiona spent three years at Huntsworth Health, responsible for developing and delivering UK, European and Global Market Access brand strategies and value propositions; prior to that she worked at Sanofi holding a range of commercial roles including Market Access Director and Marketing Director, working across the portfolio.
Fiona has been married for 24 years, is a mum of two girls and is passionate about escaping by running the dogs in the Surrey Hills; she has run three London Marathons.
