Fay has supported NHS apprenticeships in the NHS since 2010, joining NHS England in 2014. Fay works with senior officials within Health and Government to increase cross-organisational working and the growth of apprenticeships in the NHS. Providing apprenticeship capacity-building expertise to ensure a fit for purpose health and social care workforce, by maximising apprenticeship uptake and use of levy.

Fay currently supports several key national apprenticeship programmes including, Estates and Facilities, Enhanced Practice, Primary Care and Cancer and Diagnostics - working with stakeholders to develop their understanding and to successfully implement apprenticeships within workforce plans.
