Esther is a partner and head of Hill Dickinson's Leeds office. She advises a broad range of health and care clients on complex commercial, contractual and governance matters. Esther has worked for many years with systems to facilitate integration of health and care at ICS and Place level, and with provider collaboratives. She is currently advising several provider collaboratives on next steps for their development including using the new tools under the Health & Care Act 2022.
