Emma has spent over ten years working almost exclusively in the non-profit, charity and public sectors. A designer by heart but not by trade, Emma has designed and developed digital services and products that attempt to disrupt broken business models in broken markets. Emma is a Director in local government focussing on whole council transformation and change. Before working in local government directly, Emma helped run the agency FutureGov and has led programmes of change across central and local government as well as international NGOs. Emma is fixated on public sizeable sector reform at the intersection between health and social care.
