I have a degree in Early Childhood studies and started my career in Early Years working in Children's Centre's and in Children's Social Care. I have worked at Barnardo's for 8 years and have been Team Manager for Bump, Birth and Beyond for 18 months. Prior to this I was Team Manager for a Child Exploitation Service.
