Emily joined NHS Employers in 2018 and has worked on a variety of different programmes including the social partnership forum, pensions and reward, health and wellbeing and staff experience.

Since summer 2022, Emily has taken on the role as programme lead for the newly established programme systems and integration to strengthen the connections around system workforce issues across NHS Employers and the NHS Confederation ICS Network.

Emily aims to support system leaders to think together, moving away from historic siloed working towards a more collective and inclusive way of working. This work is being done by working collectively with Skills for Care and the LGA and has been showcased in the success of the 'integrated workforce thinking guide' that was published in October 2022.
