NHS Confederation
Edward helps lead the policy team at the NHS Confederation, sitting across all of the NHS Confederation's policy work. He joined the NHS Confederation in 2021 as part of NHS Clinical Commissioners and subsequently the ICS Network. He has co-authored reports on strategic commissioning, payment reform, capital and medicines optimisation.
Prior to joining the Confed, he was a health policy consultant, advising industry, NHS trusts, trade unions and royal colleges. He previously worked in the UK Parliament.
