Distie’s expertise spans creating and leading new teams, managing large transition projects, and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
She has championed cross-industry collaboration to leverage technological advancements and innovation that can be applied to enhance and improve the healthcare systems of the future. With a passion for women’s roles in business, Distie serves as a mentor for emerging female leaders, encouraging them to discover their best selves.
Prior to joining Oracle Health, Distie worked for the US Government in both the White House and Department of Homeland Security, giving her a deep understanding of working within complex organisations.
