Having trained in Emergency Medicine in the UK and Australia, Dr Kilroy combined an NHS career with academic research in the fields of education and leadership, becoming a Deputy Medical Director then Executive Medical Director in a busy Acute Provider Trust. He joined RL Datix in 2022 following almost 30 years in the NHS. Dr Kilroy's PhD was awarded for study of the sociological elements of power and clinical identity amongst doctors in healthcare, the first of its kind. His portfolio now encompasses the effective application of technology to workforce and governance challenges across Europe and Australasia.
