Chris Truscott is the Business and Programmes Manager for the Confed’s Mental Health Network where he runs the Housing, Digital, and Medical Directors Forums as well as the Aspiring Nurse Director’s Programme. Chris also programme manages the Confed’s Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network where he co-ordinates their activities and develops outputs including the Inclusive Leadership Pledge, LGBTQ+ Inclusion Framework and the upcoming trans and non-binary allyship report. Chris also co-chairs the Confed’s LGBTQ+ staff group where he supports staff to come together around their lived experience and ensures the internal culture of the Confed reflects its external ambitions around equality, diversity and inclusion.
