Charlotte Ruthven leads NHS Confederation's neighbourhood health programme. This includes leading the partnership with Local Trust to to promote and test community-led approaches to health and wellbeing in some of England’s most deprived neighbourhoods.

She has spent the last few years exploring what a neighbourhood model of healthcare could look like and how to embed it into the NHS.
