Dr Charlotte Refsum

Dr Charlotte Refsum is Director of Health Policy at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Her work focuses on data, digital, tech and AI, and the power of these to drive prevention, create sustainable health systems and achieve health for all. Prior to joining TBI, she was an NHS GP for 8 years and a Global Health Executive at KPMG. Over the course of her career, Charlotte has worked in 25 countries to support the transformation of health systems globally.
