Senior Programme Manager, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals

Charlotte has worked in the NHS for 20 years, starting her career as a physiotherapist and moving onto programme management from 2019. Charlotte portfolios of work have included programme managing the delivery the CFHealthHub research programme, which delivered smart nebuliser devices to Cystic Fibrosis teams nationally, building capability in the area of quality improvement for Cystic Fibrosis MDTs using Sheffield Microsystems Coaching Academy methodologies. From here Charlotte was the programme manager for the Sheffield Long Covid service, working with stakeholders across the city to provide a multidisciplinary and holistic assessment clinic for patients, supporting them with managing the longer term effects of Covid. Charlotte's current focus is delivering the NHS England funded Ageing Well programme across Sheffield, focussing on Urgent Community Response, Enhanced Health in Care Homes and Anticipatory Care. Charlotte works closely with stakeholders across the city to deliver a citywide approach to the work, ensuring jointed up, partnership working with the needs of the population of Sheffield at the heart. Charlotte's clinical background, flare for comms and engagement, Microsystems Coaching Academy quality improvement training and qualifications in MSP make her a well rounded programme manager within the NHS.
