With over 20 years resourcing communications experience in the commercial sector, Caroline joined the NHS in 2021 to focus on implementing the first national EFM Workforce Action Plan.
Her role is to raise the profile of estates and facilities opportunities in England to attract new and diverse talent people into the workforce as well as making staff feel valued and proud of the work that they do.
