Prior to joining the NHS Confederation Carol’s career in the NHS included clinical pharmacy roles, managerial roles in Acute Hospital Trust specialties, commissioning acute and mental health services in PCT Director roles, and then leading CCGs in Newham and in Luton. Carol’s interest and passion is collaborative leadership with staff, partners and communities to improve health for all.
